Heidelberg Engineering GmbH offers its customers and distributors various services in connection with Heidelberg Engineering’s medical technology products. Since personal data may be processed on behalf of the customer/distributor as part of these services, Heidelberg Engineering GmbH is required by Article 28 (3) of the GDPR to conclude a Contract Data Processing Agreement with the customer/distributor before performing such a service.

In order to ensure that the services requested by the customer/distributor can be carried out without delay, it makes sense to conclude a Contract Data Processing Agreement in advance for all service agreements currently in place as well as those to be concluded in the future between Heidelberg Engineering GmbH as the contractor and the customer/distributor as the client.

For this purpose, we provide below the Contract Data Processing Agreement (DPA) already signed by Heidelberg Engineering GmbH, either as a digitally fillable document or as a manually fillable document.

Please fill in the downloaded document digitally on page 1 (title page), page 8 (signature area) and page 13 (Annex 3) and finally sign the DPA on page 8. Signing can be done either by your electronic signature in the document or you can print the document, sign it and scan the signed document if possible.

Instructions for filling in the document:

• On page 1 (title page), please enter the following before “- hereinafter referred to as the Client -“: company name (two lines are provided), represented by, address (Street and number, post code and city, country).

  Also, please enter the current date at the bottom of the page.

• On page 8 (signature area), please enter below “For the Client:” the current date as well as the name in printed letters and the position of the signatory. The signatory must be a legal representative.

  The digital document must not be signed until all three pages have been filled in, as further filling in is no longer possible after the digital signature has been entered.

• On page 13 (Annex 3), please enter the details of the data protection officer if you have designated one. In any case, please enter your e-mail address at the end for the exercise of our information obligations towards you.

After signing, please send the DPA to Heidelberg Engineering GmbH
