He will carry out this role in addition to continuing as Head of Global Accounts, building relationships with customers from the pharmaceutical industry. “I’m delighted to return to the UK team at such a pivotal moment for Heidelberg Engineering,” said Tosh Vadhia. “Our commitment to delivering exceptional image quality and supporting clinicians with trusted, innovative solutions has never been stronger. I look forward to working closely with our colleagues, partners and customers as we continue to advance ophthalmic care together.”

We thank Grahame Wood for his time with us as General Manager and wish him well in his future endeavours.

Tim Cole returns as Head of Clinical Education. Tim excels in offering bespoke training and education, ranging from instructional videos and webinars to in-person sessions. Heidelberg Engineering has always been at the forefront of providing high-quality education, including the annual Heidelberg Engineering UK Masterclass. “Excellence in clinical education shapes the future of patient care. I am proud to lead the education at Heidelberg Engineering UK to advance meaningful, high-quality training,” explained Tim.

Their experience, leadership, and deep understanding of our values and vision will be invaluable as we continue to move forward with focus and confidence.

In addition to this, Malik Karimu has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer. Malik has played a pivotal role in strengthening the organisation’s legal, compliance, HR and operational foundations, and his strategic insight has been central to the company’s growth in recent years.
