Heidelberg Engineering to Establish Direct Subsidiary in Spain with Appointment of José Manuel Tamarit

Heidelberg Engineering GmbH has decided to conclude its longstanding partnership with W.M. Bloss S.A., which has represented Heidelberg Engineering in Spain since 1992. The strategic decision has been made to further strengthen Heidelberg Engineering’s presence in the Spanish market – one of the company’s key markets – by establishing a dedicated direct branch office.

Heidelberg Engineering GmbH has decided to conclude its longstanding partnership with W.M. Bloss S.A., which has represented Heidelberg Engineering in Spain since 1992.

The strategic decision has been made to further strengthen Heidelberg Engineering’s presence in the Spanish market – one of the company’s key markets – by establishing a dedicated direct branch office. The aim being to continue and further deepen our commitment to customer satisfaction that has been built over many years by our former distributor.

In the future, Heidelberg Engineering’s branch office in Spain will be led by José Manuel Tamarit, who brings more than 25 years of experience in ophthalmology, including 14 years working directly with our products at W.M. Bloss S.A., and will join Heidelberg Engineering as soon as the branch office has been formally established.

With his extensive experience, deep knowledge of the Spanish ophthalmic market, and long-standing familiarity with the Heidelberg Engineering product portfolio, the company is confident that José Manuel Tamarit will play a key role in ensuring continuity and future growth in Spain.
