HEUK Asset Numbers
The HEUK asset number of your HRA2 is located on a black sticker on the camera head in a prominent position. The HEUK asset number is a 5 digit number beginning with HEUK.
The HEUK asset number of your HEP is located on a black sticker on the rear of the device. The HEUK asset number is a 5 digit number beginning with HEUK.
The HEUK asset number of your HRT3 is located on a black sticker on the camera head in a prominent position. The HEUK asset number is a 5 digit number beginning with HEUK.
Please note that labels on older devices may differ from the above examples.
The camera’s serial number of your HRT II is at the bottom of the camera. The serial number is marked with “Serial No.“ and follows “HRT 2-“.
This section describes how to proceed in case of HEYEX version 1.6.1.0 and higher:
- Open HEYEX.
- In the database window's menu bar, select “Help > About“.
- The “About Heidelberg Eye Explorer” window opens.
The serial number of your dongle is in the bottom part of the window. The serial number is marked with “Serial No.“ and follows “H2E-“.
