The camera serial number is located on the address sticker on the inside cover of the 5.4b-US software package, next to the software CD's. The camera S/N begins with SPEC-_____ followed by a 5 digit number. Alternatively, you can look for the camera serial number under the SPECTRALIS camera head.

The computer dongle number is located on the address sticker on the inside cover of the 5.4b-US software package, next to the software CD's. The dongle number begins with H2E-_____ followed by a 4 or 5 digit number. Alternatively, you can find the dongle number by double clicking on the Heidelberg Eye Explorer License manager icon in the system tray (Red magnifying glass next to the time in the bottom right hand corner of the SPECTRALIS monitor). Click on the Info tab within the pop-up window. The dongle number is the "Serial number" on this page.
