SPECTRALIS® DICOM Interface approved by the Department of Veterans Affairs

We are pleased to announce that Heidelberg Engineering is now listed as an approved modality vendor on the “Vista Imaging Approved DICOM Modality Interfaces”.

The VistA Imaging System is an Image Management System used in Department of Veterans Affairs healthcare facilities nationwide. Other Vista Imaging System users include the Department of Defense and the Indian Health Service.

The DICOM Interface for SPECTRALIS is expected to be available for sale in December 2010.
